As stated in the marketing guidelines, Qualified Contractors cannot provide tax advice to participating property owners related to any aspect of CEIP or a CEIP project (e.g., tax advice related to the CEIP project financing). Tax incentives available through provincial or federal jurisdictions would not be considered related to CEIP or an eligible project.
