Scheduled system updates

From April 17 to April 29, 2025

Application processing (for new and existing applications) and contractor payments will be temporarily paused during this period as we undergo updates in preparation to launch our new application system. The system will reopen on April 30, allowing you to submit new CEIP applications and view existing applications in the new portal environment.
